We reserve the right to ask for your ID and gather certain personal information so we know who you say you are, if this information cannot be provided then we will offer you a full refund.

We also reserve the right to take you to court and send out legal letters in the event of a chargeback and this is something we take very seriously. Defending ourselves and users of fraud on their PayPal accounts is our top priority.
